Wedding Bands, DJs & Musicians in Napa
Napa is one of the most sought-after wedding destinations in the country. Vineyard estates, resort ballrooms and downtown venues near the river all host weddings, but many properties operate under strict rules on events and amplified sound.

Where couples get married
Vineyard estates, resort ballrooms, private estates and downtown riverfront venues.
Season & weather
Harvest season, roughly late August through October, is peak demand and peak pricing. Spring dates offer green vineyards and more availability.
Sound & logistics
Many winery properties operate under use permits that limit events, amplified music and end times. Confirm your venue's rules before booking, since they decide whether a full band or a DJ-plus-musician setup is the better fit.

Every artist sets their own rate. We negotiate it for you.
We don't publish price lists because there isn't one. Each performer quotes their own fee, and it changes with the date, the hours, travel and production. Tell us who you want for your Napa wedding event and we'll get the quote, then negotiate the fee and terms on your behalf before you commit to anything.

Napa wedding music FAQ
Do Napa wedding venues have music curfews?
Many do, often earlier than couples expect, and some cap decibel levels. We check your venue's rules and recommend acts that sound great within them.
Is it more expensive to hire musicians for a Napa wedding?
Often, because of demand, travel and the premium season. Flexible dates, Fridays and Sundays, and Bay Area or Sacramento acts routing in can all lower the cost. We negotiate for you either way.
How much does a wedding band cost in Napa?
Every band, DJ and ensemble sets its own rate, and it changes with the size of the act, your date, hours and travel, so we don't publish prices. Reach out with your date and the sound you want, and we'll get quotes and negotiate them for you.
How far in advance should we book wedding music in Napa?
For Saturday dates in peak season, book your reception band or DJ 9 to 14 months ahead. Ceremony musicians can usually be booked 6 to 9 months out. Fridays and Sundays offer more availability.
Who do you represent, us or the band?
You. We are a buyer-side agency, so we negotiate fees, hours, overtime, meals, breaks and cancellation terms on behalf of the couple.
