Hire Live Entertainment

How it works

An advocate on your side of the contract

When you hire musicians directly, you negotiate alone against people who do this every week. We level the field.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your event

Date, city, guest count, budget and the sound you want. Name a specific artist or describe a style. Either works.

  2. 2

    We shortlist and check availability

We contact the musicians or the artist's agency, confirm they are available and interested, and bring you real options with real prices.

  3. 3

    We negotiate for you

Fee, hours, breaks, overtime, travel, sound, rider and cancellation terms. We represent you, the buyer, not the performer.

  4. 4

    Contract, advance and showtime

You sign one clear agreement. We advance the timeline, load-in and production with your venue so the day runs on schedule.

Why hire a buyer-side agency?

We work for you

Most entertainment agencies represent artists and are paid to get them the highest fee. We sit on your side of the table.

Rates you would not get alone

We know what acts typically accept, when to push and when a fair offer will land. Flexible dates and routing often save thousands.

Contracts that protect you

Clear terms on deposits, cancellations, weather, overtime, insurance and what happens if a performer cannot make it.

Any act, any size

A solo guitarist for a backyard dinner or a national headliner for a festival stage. Same process, same advocacy.

What we negotiate

Every booking has more moving parts than the headline fee. We negotiate the performance fee, number and length of sets, breaks, overtime rates, load-in and soundcheck times, travel and lodging, sound and lighting, meals, song learns, attire, deposit schedule and cancellation terms.

For headline artists we also handle the formal offer, radius clauses, technical and hospitality riders, production advancing and settlement.

Tell us who you want. We'll handle the negotiating.
